Tainan North District Hotels

When checking in 8/20, the service staff first arranged in room B03. When checking in, they found that the air conditioner had been turned on and the remote control was set to 16 degrees, but the air conditioner detection showed that the temperature in the room was 27 degrees. After half an hour of observation, they found that the air conditioner only sent out the normal temperature wind, no cold wind came out. (Photos are attached to this review to view) So the first time I responded to the service staff, I was asked to send someone to the engine room to check the repairs. Later, I waited for another 10 minutes. The second time I reflected to the service staff, the response was ”the machine room is located inside a room, the room is occupied so there is no way to overhaul the air-conditioning outdoor machine”. I asked if I could help change the room. The room staff replied ”Yes”. Then the staff began to tidy up the next room B04. When the service staff is sorting out room B04, I follow the staff into room B04 to check the condition together. The staff knows that I care if the air conditioner is normal, so turn on the air conditioner and ask if I can accept it. I am sure the cold air has started to be delivered. and agreed to change to this room. But the service staff also told me that the faucet on the bathroom sink in Room B04 was inconvenient to use because the fixer fell off. I asked if I could not accept it. I wanted to say that I had already trouble the other party to help me change the room. The faucet was a small matter, so I responded acceptable. Then the staff began to tidy up the B04 room. After about 10 minutes, I changed my room card to room B04 with my friends and colleagues. On the same night, close to 23:50, when I returned to my room, I found that the abnormal low water pressure caused the shower head to have less water and no hot water, and found that the toilet did not contain water, so I reluctantly washed the cold water with lower water pressure.

Great hotel, it's very freshly renovated into stylish both luxurious and minimalistic looking place, loved it. Amenities are all good quality, they even have tooth floss! Room is spacious and comfortable. The only downside may be that the location is not for everyone. It is next block from major historic attractions (which is a good thing), but not super accessible with public transportation

The location is very urban, but it is difficult to find a parking space, but it is very convenient to order delivery because the delivery person can just take the elevator up and get it as soon as the door opens. It is very convenient for those who are too lazy to go out for food after a long day. There is a sofa and a small table. Eating is very convenient, but one major disadvantage is that the pillows are really not good to lie on. I stayed in different rooms for 4 days in the south and fell asleep here.

Fantastic hotel. Very grand and nice interior decor. Great service people especially Charlie Huang who is very helpful , friendly and polite. Superb lication. Can walk to many places and morning market which is a myst see in tainan. Greatly recommended!

Looks old from the outside, but the room looks like they have been recently renovated and is pretty clean. The shower takes a bit of time to warm up so you’ll get cold water for quite a few minutes before the hot water kicks in. Location is not bad and is a short walk to Tainan station. There are quite a few food places and convenient stores around.

Strategically placed in the center of Tainan City, smack bang middle of the transportation hub. It is right behind the Main bus stations (North and South) which all buses in the city stop by (some start from those stations), so it would be very convenient for you to get around. As for the Train Station, it is a 3 minute walk from the hotel, which makes easier for people to travel further but still feel close enough to comeback. The hotel it self its pretty okay. The beds are clean and soft, they have a big bathroom, and spacious rooms for the most of it. For a budget hotel, i think its about worth it. The only downsides in my opinion are the windows, they layered them with black stickers and leave maybe a 10-20 cm gap that we can see through. Though it was buildings only buildings outside, feeling that you have more window view wouldn't be so bad. And the other thing, is the walls are a bit thinner, so it could not contain our noise neither our neighbours. Still, I understand that's a trade off. Overall, It's an okay place to stay.

I just arrived in Tainan from Kaohsiung, and the hotel is located ten minutes away from Tainan Train Station. It's a bit hard to find the hotel at the entrance, but once you enter, the lobby is large and there are many sofa seats for travelers to rest. The check-in time for the room was 3:30 pm. Since we arrived too early, we left our luggage and went around to look for delicious food. This side of Tainan is relatively old, but there are many snack shops nearby, including authentic Tainan meatballs, breakfast restaurants, sushi restaurants, fruit shops, etc. We walked around for a long time before returning to the hotel room and found that the room was more than twice the size of the one in Kaohsiung. We were very surprised. The room we booked was a room with two double beds. In addition to the dining table and sofa area, there was a lot of activity and storage space. The bathroom is also larger than the average hotel, but it only has a standing shower area. The hotel staff are polite and the room overall feels clean. It would be better if toiletries could be provided and the sound insulation problem could be improved (there happened to be noisy children in the next room)

(Remember to park in the right place, next to the paid parking lot) I don’t know how much a hotel a family of four would look for when traveling. The room space is also large The room we stayed in was room 503. The space is the layout I like, There is no sleeping mirror, the weird design of the toilet door, opening the curtains, Just opposite the parking lot. Very good lighting. Check in at 4 o'clock and check out at 12 o'clock. For late night snacks and breakfast, we take the route of a sparrow with all its five internal organs, There are rice porridge, danzi noodles, salad, and barbecued pork. They are delicious. Breakfast includes boiled eggs, soy milk, milk, sausages, pig ears and other choices. If you're looking for an affordable and clean hotel, this one is great. To share an area that could be improved, probably the room air. It seems that central air-conditioning type hotels, which have been in operation for many years, will have this air-conditioning smell. My little daughter who is not sensitive to smells does not feel it. What she was most satisfied with was that the bathroom in the room had a bathtub, so she could soak in it for 30 minutes and was very happy. My eldest daughter, who is very sensitive to air smell, is more concerned about it. Fortunately, there are outdoor windows. After opening the windows for ventilation, the air in the room feels better. There are so many choices for late night snacks and breakfast at such a price. Recommended to travelers who are looking for good value for money.

The hotel is a traditional old hotel, but the overall service and accommodation level are very satisfactory👍! The service staff from the counter to the restaurant make people feel comfortable and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms is very good. The hotel seems to be caring about maintaining the overall accommodation environment. The breakfast is delicious, with various choices, and the dishes are replenished quickly. When there are many people, there will be additional time for guests to dine. It is a very considerate and humane restaurant. I have stayed here with my family for two consecutive summer vacations. It is very close to Guohua Street and there are bicycles available for borrowing. It is a great hotel! Highly recommended👍👍👍! ! !

The service staff are attentive and have a good attitude. When we first came to Tainan, they also provided tourist attractions and snacks for us to choose from. There are also good restaurants and attractions nearby. The indoor environment of the accommodation is also very clean.
