酒店房間寬敞、各項物品配置都非常精心，升級了A區帶陽台景觀房，正對湖面景觀非常好。雖是淡季早餐仍非常不錯。前台和客房服務都非常認真及時，特別是小鄒熱情周到細緻，住宿體驗感非常好。

為了寫這條點評，我必須找一個安靜的地方和時間來完成，因為發心需要靜心並真摯。
酒店是我給75歲的父親單獨預訂的，他突然動身説去泰寧玩，我們恰巧都在外地。作為一個沒去過泰寧的人衹好求助攜程，黑鑽1v1的客服真的很好，耐心幫忙推薦，於是就訂了這家泰寧閩江飯店。
因為擔心老父親自己出行不方便就準備提前打電話諮詢一下行程安排與景點安全，結果我還沒打電話過去就有一位姓鄒的負責人打過來詳細問了情況，説酒店可以去接送（第二天她自己親自去火車站接的我父親），這些都讓我心裏感覺很舒服。
在我父親在泰寧遊玩的兩日行程中，第一天他去了峨眉峯，第二天他又去了大峽谷，坦白講這兩個景點對於一個75歲的長者來講都是有些危險的，父親的腿部還薄弱。這位小鄒兩天都幫我們安排了店裡的工作人員幫忙貼身陪伴到峯頂到谷中！這不是簡簡單單説説而已，是真的把服務客人當作家人才能做到的，我們打心底感謝他們！當我問到小鄒要給她實名錶揚訂錦旗的時候，她沒有告訴我名字，這讓我對她更加加分。於是我以為她是為自己做，就稱讚她是最真心的老闆娘，結果她告訴我説這店是福建省旅遊發展集團的酒店，這讓我更為動容，這是多麼用心做事的企業才能把服務做到這個樣子。所以我就來到我的預訂平台，發自真心的寫下這點評，這感謝，感謝短暫的旅行映射出這些工作人員的善良，感謝你們在工作裏面發的光！

酒店在大金湖旁邊，去大金湖遊玩很方便。鄒經理人很好，會幫忙安排接站，也可以找酒店買景點的票，下次去泰寧還會繼續選擇這裏住。
