The location is much more convenient than expected. There is a Family Mart and 711 downstairs. It is very close to Songshan MRT and Songshan Station. It is a walking distance to Raohe Night Market. The disadvantage is that it is on the street and it is noisy during the day. There are many pipes on the ceiling of the room. You can hear the water running upstairs. The sound insulation is average.

The location is very good. It is a 10-minute walk from Raohe Night Market. There is also a bus stop downstairs. The room is clean and has enough space. The overall price/performance ratio is excellent and it is suitable for a short stay for one night.

There are 🪳 cockroaches in the rooms, not just one but a bunch….
Then I ask to change the room for me and they did but then they ask me to change the room again as the room they assigned to me was “too big” …
Then another day I came back around 12 am and the key card won’t work and I got stuck in the lobby for 2 hours. There are no one in the reception at 11 pm …
Then I have to ask someone in the other places to help …
The check in time was 4 pm
The worst place I had ever stayed in Taipei or the world during 30 years of traveling around the globe.
Avoid to stay there at any cost and any time.

Will stay again, this should be understood. Except that check-out at 11 o'clock is a bit too early, everything else is okay. It's not far from the MRT station, but I have too much luggage. It's recommended to take a taxi instead of saving a hundred or tens of dollars if you get off the MRT.
