Laundry service need to be repair…for 60 mins, clothes are still wet. The phone calling services (to local or overseas) in all rooms are disable. Counter reject to provide calling services. Toilet inside the room is out of expectation tho.

The location is excellent, MRT and night market is just across the street. Room is small and if your neighbour room is noisy could be disturbing. Rooms facing the street can also be disturbed by the motorbikes zooming along the street during late night. No working desk, only TV shelve which can’t even put your laptop.

The service was excellent and the facilities were fantastic. The restaurant serves good breakfast with lots of vegetarian options. The MRT station Songchan is right across the street making it super convenient to travel around.

The hotel is very close to the station and where all the food is. Had a slight issue with the room, but they instantly changed room so I was happy. Good quick light breakfast on 1st floor. I would stay with them again!

The location, room, restaurant, facilities and service are all very good. It's a great hotel, very convenient to go anywhere. There are many shops around, which is great to visit! I will definitely come to this hotel again next time. The staff are also very enthusiastic.

The cleaning lady is very nice, and the service at the counter is also very good. The only thing is that the air conditioner is not cold, and there are not many TV programs to watch.
