The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the MRT station, and is a bustling destination in a quiet location. The hotel is full of Japanese style, simple and elegant. There are free happy hour snacks and drinks before 7pm, which is very enjoyable. The room was comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was a bit dark. There are two hot spring bathtubs, hot and cold. Overall feeling satisfied. The breakfast is also very Japanese style. Worth recommending.

作為一個大集團的酒店，遇上令人失望的服務。
事緣是我有錯在先，訂錯酒店日期，本應我要訂2月2日（星期日）,卻訂了2月3日（星期一），去到check in 才發現，當時我帶著2個小朋友，2個老人家，頓時不知所措，只好問當時check in 櫃枱主管M,她說可跟agoda 取消，條件今晚必須在這裏入住，這個我當然同意，只是她開的價錢要比我訂錯日子的價錢多出3000多港元，住一晚2間房要1萬多港元，我就覺得太貴了，加上當時已經是下午6~7點左右，主管M 還叫我行開自己考慮一下，不要妨礙她們工作。其實當時是沒有其他旅客，但我都認同這樣是妨礙他們工作，我走開了。
同時我嘗試跟agoda cs 周旋，他們給我兩個方案，一是取消預訂，另一個就是願意把第二天預訂改為今天，但要酒店方面同意才可。當時我真的抱了一絲希望，希望酒店能幫忙，於是agoda 直接聯絡酒店，叫我們電話裏稍等，同時也知道其中一個酒店櫃位同事正在和agoda 溝通，他們在討論中，我們走前櫃枱一點，其中一位前台職員立即跟主管M 打眼色。最後結果酒店方面不同意把預訂對調，只能接受取消並於今晚預訂，我感覺真的十分失望，坦白說，感覺有點肉隨砧板上，我是有錯，但既然agoda 都同意，櫃枱職員見到我們有老有嫩都不願意作出讓步，這還不是重點，最初未預訂前他們的樣子是顯得不耐煩，一付錢就立即變臉，即刻笑容滿臉，我實在頂不了三個變臉術的厲害，心裏難受之極。
我一直覺得台灣人是很nice,服務超好，因covid,很久沒到台灣，今次選擇來台，結果有這樣欠缺人性化體驗，令我非常失望，失望是他們三個的態度，作為高級酒店櫃枱服務員原來這樣的變臉態度，看見一班有老有嫩的家庭是否可以網開一面呢，可否人性化一點呢，再加上非常人性化的變臉術，實在令我歎為觀止。我重新預訂，真的為他們帶來了甚麼好處呢？一種不近人情的感受湧上心頭😭😭😭
