Extremely large for a hotel room in Taipei :) The minibar contains 4 free drinks, and water bottles will be restocked. Service staff are polite and helpful. Decent breakfast selection, and the hot chocolate tastes superb. However, the carpet needs washing/ to be replaced. Overall an amazing hotel, will choose it again!

The room is clean and the location is great that close to the landmark 大稻埕. Bus stops are nearby, we get to the Taipei station easily.

1.5 out of 5 because they let us store our luggage after our checkout since our flight was in the late afternoon.   Generally, the stay was alright for the first two days until the second night came. That was when the first baby cockroach made its presence known. After getting rid of it and taking it as a one-off incident, we continued staying in the room since we only had 1 more night left. Then on our last night... we opened the drawer to find an infestation of tiny bugs with a glossy black exterior... We immediately closed it and moved all of our stuff away from the cabinet with the TV on top. As it was our last night, we thought it pointless to switch rooms since the bugs were isolated to the cabinet. Then, as we were tucking in for the night, we saw the second baby cockroach of the stay running across the carpeted floor. After we killed that one, we saw another tiny one running around the bathtub in the toilet... Honestly, we were exhausted so we just turned in for the night. The moment day broke, we packed up only to have another baby cockroach run across the carpeted floor. We quickened our pace and checked out early to highlight to the reception about the infestation issues, with pictures and videos by the way... The first staff had a nonchalant response to it simply nodding with "Ohs". He even added that the infestation is due to the hotel doing pest control and so they would be coming out of the sewage. But mind you, the infestation was in the drawer of the cabinet where the TV was, so it was clearly not in the toilet. The second staff had a slightly better attitude saying that they would look into it and resolve it. They both did not look surprised by the bugs issue though, so maybe it speaks a lot about the condition of the rooms...

Convenient location, about 5mins walk to the nearest MRT station Daqiaotou. Also about 5mins walk to Ningxia night market, with other eateries and several beverage shops nearby, so you’ll never be hungry. The room was cozy and clean. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Good find for the price!

The Superior 2 kings bedroom was spacious, the hotel has 3 floors of underground carpark for the guests which are free. Staff were polite and provided extra beddings for my two kids.

Reception is very kind and polite. I stayed in a room with small window. But it was clean and big.

We were very happy with our room, staff was super nice! Location is not very far from ximending. Transportation is great in taiwan so no issues here. Would definitely book again.

Amazing hotel gd service nice and warm and cosy and warm and warm

Service and location is fine, close to Ningxia Night Market and Dihua Street. But the hardware is a bit old even after furnished. It takes 3-5 mins to heat up the water. And it’s dusty somehow if get a closer look to the details. But in general it’s what it serves to the price compared to the general high hotel price in Taipei.

Convenient. 10 minutes walk from railway station. Near 大稻埕。free cold drinks.

Late check-in available. Specious room/bathroom. Fresh breakfast.

The room is clean and quiet. The location is good and convenient to go to the old street near the pear as well as the night market.

Hotel is very well situated in a heritage area with many eateries around, some are famous. Also short distance to the MRT station.

This is like saving the best for the last in the final leg of this short 10 days Taiwan trip. The location is within a short manageable distance from the nearest metro (O12). Remember to download the Metro Taipei app. The hotel is well located with the Carrefour diagonally opposite it and a Starbucks next to it. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel. You just need to find what suits you best. This is an old part of Taipei and has a lot of wholesale. A very good place for aunties. The room is big and the toilet is the best highlight. The space is good enough for at least 1 bed. It has a bath tub and a Japanese toilet seat. Cannot ask for more. My wife was super impressed. The drinks in the fridge is complimentary and stock everytime they make the room. Speechless with the simple acts especially for the hot weather. Definitely will come back to this hotel. Strongly recommended.
