The service staff are all enthusiastic and responsive. Breakfast is available in both Western and ********* styles. There are not many types of salad dishes and could be improved. Braised eggs are only served on Sundays, but not on other Mondays to Wednesdays! The room is clean and fully equipped. Water and snacks are provided in the room every day. Overall very satisfied. I will stay at Hej. next time I come to Taipei.

- location was good, but if you want reach the hotel via the nearest MRT exit (exit 11), you'll need to climb some long stairs
- food was average and simple (don't have high expectations)
- Room was avarage if you are not fussy. Aircon is centralized, so it's always at pretty warm in the room. Vent was dusty. The bathtub was leaking so the bathroom floor was always wet after a shower.
- Internet & wifi was bad, we feedback to the hotel staff but was not helpful at all. They just asked us to connect to other wifi, which also had bad connections
- Hotel staff was not friendly

Price is very attractive location is good and convenient. Just bear in mind this is very basic - cleanliness is there but the room without any windows is a turnoff - you get what you paid for - this is not a complaint to the hotel. They are honest

Location, facility and toilet are all good. The breakfast is average. They could include some greens and veggie options. They offer plain porridge, which is fine except there isn't much condiments to go with it.
I will still stay for location and value for money, but maybe book without brekkie option.

The location is convenient for transportation, very close to the MRT station, and there are many restaurants nearby. The external sound insulation is good, but the sound insulation in the corridor is average. Children playing loudly in the corridor can be heard clearly in the room.
