A very bad experience, Check-in process: I couldn't give you a room on time at three o'clock. It was delayed until three-thirty, and you were still asked to check out on time the next day. Room: The deluxe king bed is not a king bed at all. It feels much smaller than the king bed in Marriott series hotels, and it is not long enough. It will be difficult for taller people to sleep. There are also many problems with the room equipment. The bar lamp is broken and the control panel cannot be used. After using it, I called someone to repair it. I waited for more than half an hour before someone came. Not long after the repair was completed, the power would jump from time to time. Check-in has been delayed for more than half an hour, and room equipment maintenance has been delayed for another half an hour, which completely affects the rest of the trip. There are unknown stains on the floor (photos are available), and there are many places of dust that have not been cleaned. Check-out: The attitude at check-out was average. The most exaggerated thing was that I didn’t understand English at all. I had to confirm the first three English letters of the license plate number many times. When I finally drove out, I was blocked and had to go up the parking lot slope. I called the counter and emphasized the license plate number again and again. I have never seen such a bad reaction from the counter staff. Overall it's very bad. The overall experience is only worth 2500. Even I would recommend going to a three-star chain hotel which is definitely better than here.
