The check-in location is convenient, right at Taipei Main Station
Front desk staff are friendly and patient
This time I chose a private room because I was staying for a day.
There is no problem except that the room is not well soundproofed
The shared bathroom is also very clean.

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from Taipei Main Station and has direct access to the underground street, so you won't have to worry about it even if it rains. The staff are very kind and the instructions are clear. The air conditioner in the room had a bit of a smell, but I only stayed for one night and it didn't seem like a big problem.

Value for money. Clean. Good service at the reception. The dining area is well kept too. I happened to run into the cleaning lady at the common washroom area. She is polite and dedicated to her task. This is my third time staying here. I recommend those looking for a no-frills experience at a budget price

Good location, price is good. Staff is not friendly, wasn’t chatting much, just checking in and checking out, it just felt that they couldn’t be bothered about the customers, clearly not enjoying their job.

As expected and exactly same as what shown in the hotel pictures, so don’t book if you mind. The location is just opposite the Taipei Main Station, basically go up from Z2 or Z4, the hotel is just nearby. Only have 4 bathrooms (for female), but I didn’t encounter full occupancy so far for the night I stayed. Good for travellers who want to save cost.
