The room is clean and the public bath is wonderful. The common room provides water tea and coffee that are free of charge

The location is very quiet as compared to the rest of the bustling Taipei city. A great choice of stay if one needs a good place to rest and relax after a long day whether it's work or play. The hotel is just next to the train station, which is a bonus. The staff were always attentive and the hotel breakfast was also great. The only drawback that I can think of is that there's no gym.

The location is good, next to Metro.
The breakfast is yummy, worth the price.
Love the public bath. Will come back and try out this hotel brand in Japan too!

Beautiful hotel in Taipei!
The location was 10/10. It’s close to a metro station and a public bus route. Ningxia Night Market is very convenient to get to (which was one of my favorites in Taipei).
The hotel itself is very clean, welcoming first impressions and the staff is helpful! The only thing the room is lacking is in body lotion in the room, but I understand there’s body lotion on the 17th floor locker rooms before you go into the rooftop public baths (I didn’t have a chance to use them unfortunately).
We will be retuning to Taipei because we had the best five days and MGH Mitsui Garden Hotel will be the first place we think of booking again!

Overall, the experience was satisfying and met expectations. It would be good to have an iron and ironing board in the hotel room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I will choose MGH for my next stay in Taipei.

Location was great, just located besides Zhongxiao Xinsheng station.
Staffs were friendly and approachable. They always welcome you with greetings and smile upon walking past.
Cleanliness was not the best but generally well. Suggest dustbins to be filled with plastic bag. Discovered a chunk of dust behind the toilet bowl while rinsing the toilet floor (which is quite hidden).
No swimming pool and gym which will definitely improve my stay with the facilities.

It was great! Very convenient spot! U can go anywhere with buses in front of the hotel or taking the MRT! Staff can speak English, Chinese and Japanese! They are all very nice! Good experience! Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to go visit Taipei!
