The location is first-class and the transportation is convenient. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning in the room is too cold and cannot be adjusted. The receptionist only asked me to turn off the air-conditioning when it is too cold. The room hygiene is acceptable and the facilities are average.

The bath towels used by the previous tenant were confiscated and dropped in the room. The soundproofing of the room is very poor. The only advantage is that you can walk out into the Ximending business district, but this is a hotel I wouldn’t want to stay in again.

I think the only selling point for this hotel is maybe the price and proximity to Ximending. Hotel room is small, old and has cigarette smell (the KTV smell), the door lock always have issue (was told by the receptionist not to put the door card with credit card as it will affect the magnetic function of the door key card ?!?!?!?). Only has 1 laundry and 1 dryer and you have to walk up 1 level using staircases from the highest floor. 1 small lift servicing the hotel with no security, anybody can use the lift to go up and down.
Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful, allow us to keep our baby stroller at level 1 as there is not space in the room.

The hot water for showering is hot enough and the air conditioner is cold enough. The room environment is average, but the sound insulation equipment is really good. Very bad. You can hear the water boiling in the isolation room. You can hear it again while walking upstairs. I feel uncomfortable. This room can only be rated as convenient. I will not stay here again.
