My room 15-17 C and I can't adjust temperature air condition.It's too cold to live. Thin Towel, Suggest to bring your own towel

Location is abit far from central XMD. Service from front desk is very good, but amenities seem to be disappointing

Really enjoyed my stay here. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bathtub was good for a soak after a long day walking around in Taipei. Bed was regularly tidied nicely without request and the floors were clean.

The room was clean and comfortable! The air conditioner is cool enough! There is also a toilet and bathtub without sanitizer 🛁 The location in Ximen is very good.

It was really bad. After I took a shower, a few cockroaches came out. It really scared me. The air conditioning is not enough and the hygiene is really bad. I will not stay again.

I think the price is not cheap compared to the hotel's location and facilities! Unfortunately, when I stayed there, the elevator on the 1st floor was broken... I was given a room on the 3rd floor, so I only had to use the stairs. The window was open and I could open it, but I almost didn't open the curtains because I could see someone else's veranda and bathroom right in front of me😂 The staff are very friendly. ! Please call a taxi for me, tell me that you are a guest who does not speak Chinese, and say ni hao when you make eye contact with everyone! Small snacks, tea bags, water, and drinks are also free in the room. If you look at the cracks in the bathroom sink and the silicone mold in the bathtub, it looks like an old building, but compared to that, the inside is fine! Everything else is good, but the disposable towels were so wet that they melted as soon as they came into contact with water, so it was a shame to use them for washing my hair. There was a lot of dust from my visit, so it would be good to wipe them down once in a while!

Since our colleague did not tell us when we checked in, we had to take the sign to the front desk to clean the room, so we didn't know. That night we went back to the room and made a phone call to explain it to us, and we understood. When I checked out on the second day, I just wanted to get two bottles of water because I didn’t refill the water yesterday because I didn’t clean it yesterday. When I told her, she said that she had to confirm with everyone else that she hadn’t told us whether she was checking in or not. Clean card thing! Does this mean we are suspected of lying? Extremely bad attitude! Those who want to book this hotel please pay attention

Although the hotel is located a little far from Ximen MRT Station, the interior decoration and facilities of the hotel have been renovated, and the CP value is good.

The service in the evening was very good. They also told me that there is a bar opposite. However, they called me at 11 o'clock in the morning and told me to check out at 12 o'clock. I thought it was too early. There was also no plug at the bedside of the room, which was very inconvenient.
