The front desk was great- check in and check out were easy peasy and when I called to report a problem with the toilet, they took care of it immediately and were very friendly. The location is great. One thing that I didn't like was that the walls are not thick, so I heard the guests next door cackling and screaming in the afternoon. They quieted down at night when I got back though. I feel like if I had called the front desk they would have taken care of it, but just the fact that I was able to hear the people next door makes me take away a few points in the overall score. I hope the hotel can find a way to reinforce the walls between the rooms because otherwise it would have been an excellent stay.

It delivers on many different levels by providing excellent customer service, facilities, and attention to detail. I had the chance to stay one nights in this location for a university event and was impressed by the welcome given by each team in organizing and assisting with special requests.

I really appreciated the location of this hotel as it is just above the Dongmen metro station and Dongmen station is conveniently located in the middle of many tourist attractions. I really felt the room was value for money while also being comfortable and clean. Although the room may be smaller than others, for a solo traveller or a couple, it is large enough and the convenience makes up for it. One thing to note is that I didn't see the free bottles of water in the room at first because they are actually in the room fridge rather than on the side and there wasn't any note about that. However, there are lots of bottled water in the lobby to grab and go as well, which is useful.

Good service: We arrived late at night, and the waiter was very considerate and provided us with free instant noodles: the location of the hotel is very good. It is more hygienic if you use hand sanitizer instead of soap.
