The room it's clean and new.
Location is convenient near the Main station.
Absolutely no service available, room cleaning or breakfast don't exist.

Room was spacious and toilet was clean and tidy. Location is great, near Taipei station and walking distance to Ximending, Ningxia Night Market and Fuhang Soy Milk. Staff are very friendly and provide free luggage storage.

Hotel is very near to Taipei main station which is the best of the best trait of this hotel. Taipei main station being the centre of the mrt line is very good when travelling down to ximending(one station away) and a few station away from other night markets. Not to mention the hotel is also very near to many popular local food such as fuhang soy milk and the raohe pepper bun (they have a franchise branch near the hotel). The hotel is also near to a departmental store which makes shopping and changing of currency so much easier !! 10/10 recommend this hotel !!

Room is big, bed is comfortable.
Wide selection of TV channels, movie and you tube.
Surrounding with convenient store, lots of local eateries for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Take the airport express train, exit K12! Cross the road, the hotel is opposite.. Elevator to 4 floor to check in.
DO NOT take the exit Z8 indicated in the map (though it is right in front of the hotel) if you have luggage. There is no lift, you will need to struggle with stairs.

Good location, directly connect to Taipei main station, but no room cleaning service due to covid even at this time there is no ant covid restrictions in Taiwan.

Great location! A bit overpriced for what it is, especially since the bed is firm and far from comfortable if you prefer soft bedding. That being said, the staff were kind and helpful, there are paid laundry options on site, and the place was very clean. Wouldn’t stay here again, but it seems fun for families.

Overall it's good! The transportation is also very convenient, just next to Exit Z8 of Taipei Main Station.
The room feels spacious and very clean!
But after washing the dishes, it felt weird and very inconvenient in the entrance hall - after using the toilet, I had to open the door and turn a corner before I could wash my hands. In the end, I found it too inconvenient, so I washed myself directly in the shower room, but I would get wet every time.
The refrigerator wasn't cold, and there was no way to adjust the temperature—it was just a little cooler than room temperature. Moreover, one of the branches inside has been boiled and can only be discarded.
The air conditioner is also difficult to adjust. I kept setting it to high wind, and then it would automatically adjust to low wind in the middle of the night, causing me to wake up from the heat. As a result, I had to adjust it back and forth several times every night.
Also, I don’t know if half of the floor is used for other purposes. It feels weird to see so many strangers coming in and out of the staff area every day.
