The hotel room looks old but the room is well maintained. The 4 night stay in the triple room with my family is clean and comfortable. Location wise you need to walk 5-10 minutes to the nearest restaurants located at the main road. The cleaners and counter staff are friendly. Thanks a lot to the cleaner who helped to keep our daily room clean. Will revisit again when traveling to taipei

I have a great trip with my friends. The position of hotel is convenient to transfer MRT Taipei or airport.

You get what you pay for; the exterior of the hotel appears nice, suggesting it was once elegant, but it has lost its charm. The room has a moldy smell, and the floor needs replacing, though it's surprisingly clean. The elevator is small but better than none. The hotel's redeeming qualities are its affordability, proximity to restaurants, and convenient access to public transportation. If you seek a budget-friendly place to sleep in a convenient location, this could be your hotel.

Considering the price for 2 beds and kinda spacious its a good deal na, also its just a few minutes walk to mrt Zhongshan elementary school theres also a night market nearby, 7 eleven and other shops, But if you prefer a more lively location like ximending dun ka. Overall everything was good, they also allow us to do early check in i think that was 30 minutes before our check in time plus self check in/out is available very convenient and easy to do.

Very quiet place. My family enjoyed staying in VIP Hotel. It is also near to night market place where you can explore different ********* food

My second stay in this hotel but at their lowest priced room. It is on the eighth floor but the elevator stops at the seventh floor so you have to walk up a floor on the stairways. The hotel is older and may show its age but room is large and clean. Room service is by request. Its location is excellent. This hotel offers best cost performance ratio. I will stay here in the future.

The room is small and quiet old. But overall, we have a comfort stay for 3 nights. Location is quiet strategic. Is walking distance to Ning Xia night market.

Great stay with my kids. Nice location with a lot of nice food surrounded. Nice and clean room. Easy and fast check in check out as all in automatic system

Great location within 3 minutes walk of a subway station, with lots of good restaurants such as LAKSA (delicious chicken curry and braised pork rice dishes!) in the local neighborhood. Also close enough to cheap homestyle ********* foods such as oyster congee and xiaolongbao soup dumplings at 2 different night markets (Ningxia is bigger and farther away than Shuangcheng). Clean room with lots of space for 3 people and big bathroom, with a very good water pressure in the shower. Weak wifi signal though, so it keeps dropping. Helpful and nice people at the reception desk, but it doesn’t have anyone after 10:30pm so you just use a keycard to enter the hotel late at night.

Nice location, spacious and clean rooms, restaurants and convenience stores near by. Would Highly recommend.

Clean, simple and convenient. Located at Taipei night life street, you will be spoiled by the dinner and supper choices. Perfect for solo traveller.

This hotel is ideal for solo travellers. A 12-15 walk from Minquan West train station.
