Para mí fue difícil encontrarme cómoda en este hotel. He cambiado de habitación 3 veces en menos de una hora, porque en cada una existía algo que no funcionaba.
Necesita mantenimiento, es una pena la verdad porque podría ser el mejor hotel de la ciudad. El servicio de recepción intento ayudar pero el tema de las instalaciones no es un asunto de la recepción. No es un hotel que recomendaría para ir de vacaciones, si en caso de que estés de paso. Tienen restaurante pero no he comido allí, no sé cómo es la comida en el hotel.

Check in was efficient and professional. Staff have good level of English and are competent. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds have a soft mattress and the water in the shower takes a bit of time to come out hot. Location is within walking distance of KTM rail and it’s well located. Premises are clean and quiet. Not tried restaurant but told it’s good. On the whole excellent value for money

I like the big room the most. What's not the best is that the a/c is a bit noisy even though it has been changed to slow and then the elevator only has one Kdg² lmbt when the hotel is full
