The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was old but very clean. Everyone from the staff to security was especially helpful to provide directions and insight. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. The location was optimal to walk to shopping, McDonalds, Cafe De Coral, and other restaurants. Pedestrian street was very convenient and fun to walk through. The lake view was very nice. There was karaoke at night until 10 pm outside but that is not the hotel’s fault. It wrapped up early so no concerns. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I came here for an exam and looked at several hotels. Finally, I chose this one. The hotel is in the city center and the location is very convenient. It is an old-fashioned hotel, but the facilities are still very good, the room is very clean, and the service is also very good. There is free parking and breakfast. We booked without breakfast, but the front desk lady recommended that we can go to the restaurant on the eighth floor to buy it at our own expense. The price is very affordable, and it is a Cafe de Coral style. It's really good!

The room environment is big n clean. The cost is attractive. All the food provided by the hotel are very delicious.. The staffs there are helpful n polite. If the hotel can provide more furnitures such as a table n 2 chairs are more convenient for the users

I reserved the 2-bed Room and it looks like this building was built as an apartment. This unit was two levels, which they split the lower level as a hotel room and the upper level as a short term apartment rental. Fortunately it was not occupied. Could have been noisy. Noise from the hallway was already a little too much. One last complaint was the toilet being in the shower room. Very bad setup. However I might stay here again just for the breakfast. It was included in my room booking. Very good varieties and tasty! Front desk girl is very hard working and courteous. Thanks for your help!

This hotel is newly opened and is definitely a treasure hotel! First of all, the geographical location is excellent. After getting off the highway, you will arrive soon. It is located in the center of Taishan New District. There is a large supermarket and shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient. Parking is free and easy to park. The hotel's hardware facilities are very complete. You can see that the quality is very good, such as the glass door, which is thickened and has good sealing. Various electrical appliances, kettles and hair dryers are all very good! There is also an intelligent voice service, and the children have a lot of fun! The bedding is very good. I went to the black sand beach and came back and had a good sleep! The hotel also thoughtfully prepared laundry detergent, and the room has an independent washing machine that can be used. This really surprised me! But to be honest, I hope that the hotel corridor in the underground garage can be renovated quickly, so that the level of the hotel can be taken to the next level! Next time I come to Taishan, I will continue to stay in this hotel, and I will also recommend friends to book. I wish the hotel will be more and more popular and better!

Rooms are spacious and clean except for some stains at the curtains The 'Alexa/Google home' in the rooms made the stay even more comfortable as everything could be voice controlled. Interestingly, the hotel provides free supper from 9pm to 11pm which makes it very convenient for guests who arrived late in the hotel to have a quick bite without having to venture out. There are washing machines & dryer available in the hotel for guests to wash their clothes. Thank goodness for it especially during winter so we could bring less clothes along. Most importantly, the service from the staff is excellent. Every one we met in the hotel treated us warmly and went the extra mile to accede to our requests. We booked 3 rooms initially then added one more room after one night. Unfortunately, there wasn't any available room on the the same floor. However, the staff actually called us the next day and informed us of an available room on the same floor and asked if we would like to change the room so the entire family could be on the same floor. I heard that this is a time-honored hotel in Taicheng with a good reputation. After experiencing it, I feel that there is still a lot of room for improvement. For example, it is recommended that the various supplies and furnishings in the room be updated and replaced with better quality ones so that guests can have a better and superior experience. In this way, the hotel can also be upgraded to a higher level.
