1.需要先付按金2.進到房間有較大黴味3.設施老舊，木質地板已開裂，牆紙脱落，燈光昏暗4.垃圾桶內還有未倒的垃圾，會有螞蟻從牆紙內爬出

辦理入住太慢了，房間門要用鑰匙開就不説了，關鍵是空調製熱效果太差，開了一晚上空調房間還是冷的，凍得要命
