第二次住，環境可以。就是發生了不愉快的事。睡到凌晨兩點多，隔壁房間的夫妻，打開門吵架，一直吵到四點左右。期間我打了三四次電話給前台，前台小哥很積極處理，但是那對夫妻並沒有消停。首先，小哥的處理速度是很不錯的，工作很好，值得表揚。但是管理層，有沒有針對過類似的突**況，有應急預案？？？給我換個房間也好啊，整晚沒睡。管理層反思一下。
