I think this price is enough for this facility. I booked online, but the check-in machine didn't work.

GOOD.

Booked last minute as needed we needed an overnight stay on way to Eurotunnel and chose Premier Classe as we knew we could self check-in after the reception closed. Have used the chain before but this is one to avoid. The location is fine for access to the Autoroute but that's the only positive. The car park was unlit and reception was difficult to find. There was a sign but this takes you to the Campanile next door. Eventually we found the self check-in machine but again the hotel exterior was unlit making it difficult to find our room. The room itself smelt damp and the towels were also damp and there was water on the floor. We discovered that the cause was the air con unit which was leaking water. We didn't use any other facilities if indeed there were any, just wanted to get out of there after a few hours sleep.

Very dirty rooms. Shouldn’t be able to book anything in such poor condition. We were given the wrong room and were woken up in the middle of the night by someone given a key to our room. Total shambles!

We rented 5 rooms for one night with a group of friends. These 5 rooms were in an advanced state of disrepair: The floor worn and stained, the damaged radiator barely holding on to the wall given the state of the fixings, the walls with dowel holes and cracks, the blackened joints, the worn bedspread and faded.... If you use the top bunk, be aware that you will not be able to sit up and you will hit your head when you stand up! Only one socket per room. If you want to plug in your charger and still keep the bedside lamp, unplug the TV! Distributors broken down and not supplied. It's not expensive, but you get what you pay for! To flee...

My God!!! What is this hotel? If you can call it a hotel!!! How to praise this, you should be ashamed. The photos will speak for themselves.... Hotel more than dirty, we didn't even dare to go to bed for fear of getting the pox......it starts with a collection terminal which cannot find my reservation for several reprise. This is arranged by going to the Campanile next door. You have to guess, thank you to the person living downstairs who told me, because no one answers the telephone number... Discovery of the room: we don't expect great luxury, but there... .. Very very dirty, dilapidated, room with mold, no breakfast on weekends in first class, you have to go to the Campanile for 12 euros.... I have been to hotels, and many first class , but I have never seen this

reservation of 2 ground floor rooms due to reduced mobility. 1st bedroom ok except entrance cleanliness. 2nd bedroom already occupied so looking for another room in another building. More than an hour later, re-accommodation in a room upstairs (difficult to access due to reduced mobility). I would like to congratulate the team in place because the problem, in my opinion, lies with the reservation which was made by telephone because the website was faulty.

The room has not been cleaned. We found grains of rice on the ground, bathroom sheets, toilets without toilet paper. The room is in no way like the photo. Air enters the room through the door and window. Breakfast very little choice.

We booked for around twenty people for a sporting event. Some rooms are infested with bed fleas, the sheets have stained holes, the room is filthy and the shower drainage is deplorable. As for the staff, no one took into consideration either the flea problems or the questionable maintenance. It's a shame !!
