J’avais réservé deux jours et ma carte d’accès pour ma chambre n’avait été activé que pour le premier jour. Résultat le samedi à 23h40 heureusement que les cuisiniers et un autre membre du personnel ont pu régler mon problème. Sinon je dormais dans ma voiture.

Je ne réserverais plus dans un campanile la qualité n'est as au RDV, ni pour la literie ni les petits déjeuners, ni le service (pas de sèche cheveux, obligée d' appuyer 3 x sur le distributeur de savon pour en avoir une goutte)

j adore les campaniles merci pour le plateau d accueil j ai fait 5 hôtel sur une semaine vous êtes le seul a le faire votre literie est parfaite mais dommage restaurant ferme nous avons été bien reçu très bien situe un grand centre commercial tout près et le centre de Reims a 5 km parfait
