The pool is huge and perfect for kids. The indoor play area, table tennis, and billiard rooms are great for adults!

An amazing experience! My kids and I were so happy and satisfied with our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable too. We had a bit of a wait the next morning, but it went pretty smoothly. Hope to come back again if we have the chance! ❤️👍

The hotel is old and run-down, with facilities that are not well-maintained and poor hygiene. The staff are unprofessional; a breakfast attendant even had a foul odor on their uniform. While there was a good variety of breakfast options, the food wasn't refined, and each dish felt rather crude. Honestly, this hotel's only redeeming quality is its size. After more than 20 years, I stayed here again and it's still not good. Choosing accommodation in Taitung is truly a challenge.

The bath suite offered a really nice view. Being able to see the ocean was so relaxing. The SPA area was better than nothing, but the high-temperature pools weren't hot enough, and the low-temperature ones weren't cold enough. However, the complimentary sparkling drinks, beer, and cookies were quite exquisite.

This resort is very outdated. Needs a major upgrade. It has old resort smell and the bathroom of the room we had stayed we’re not clean and needed repairs done.
The spa was okay and it was weird to have residential building nearby to look over the spa swimming pool. The facility looks old and empty. There are residential buildings around but no restaurants nor eatery nearby, only one 7-11. However, the staffs were wonderful, and we appreciate their help working with us to accommodate our request.

Outstanding hotel but in the middle of nowhere. Also next to a Thai restaurant there aren't many good food choices nearby. Breakfast at this place has a lot of items but not much that are suited for westerns. Overall, I recommend staying in the city and paying few extra bucks.

Spacious. But strange is Jade restaurant cashier locates at different floor. Have to walk from 2nd floor to ground floor to pay.
