When I checked in, the hotel front desk said that they didn't see it. I asked my colleague next door, but he shook his head. So I asked if I could prepare a cake for extra payment. The answer was that the chef might not have time, and there was no solution at the moment. After arriving in the room, I found that the air conditioner was broken. Someone was sent to repair it for a long time and said that we needed to change rooms. So I waited for another hour to arrange a new room. The hotel said that no one came because the do not disturb function was turned on, right? The previous telephone communication does not count? This problem-solving ability makes people helpless The view of the newly changed sea view room is as shown in the picture. Where is the sea view? The guest room said that it was right. I always come here to celebrate my birthday. I changed three rooms. I was still moving my luggage at nine o'clock in the evening. The hotel staff did not help at all during the whole process. They just opened the door with the room card. In addition, all room types are the same, there is no bathtub, and whether the air conditioner is normal depends on luck. The so-called sea view is very limited. The most disappointing thing is the hotel's service. Compared with Ctrip's customer service, the hotel's problem-solving ability is basically zero. When the objective facilities cannot be changed, I hope the hotel can provide better service and not affect the brand image.

I have always liked the style and facilities of the Sheraton Hotel. I originally wanted to go to Yilan to soak in the hot springs and then stay at the Taipei Sheraton. Then I realized why it had the same name as Guitian, Tainan. It turned out to be a hotel jointly launched by the Sheraton Hotel of the Marriott Group and Guitian, Tainan. It's really great. Hotels can also make reservations for station transfers, so you don’t have to travel all the way. The sauna is really great and very comfortable. The room faces the sea and has floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the sea view during the day and the night view at night. There is also a small night market in front of the hotel, but the prices are just tourist prices, and the souvenirs you want to buy can be reached within a few steps. After checking out, you can borrow a bicycle from the hotel and go out to explore the area. You can also drink and mix drinks and chat in the hotel bar in the evening. The atmosphere is really good. There are many choices for breakfast, including Tainan specialty snacks. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

Because we booked the room and restaurant on this website and wanted to sleep more comfortably, we considered a 6-year-old child as occupying a bed. If we stayed for two nights, had breakfast and two dinners, we could only order dinner at the same price as an adult, about 1,300 per person. Breakfast cost more than 500 yuan, but on the last morning, we were charged 100 yuan for the cleaning fee of another three-year-old child. This was not informed in advance. It felt a bit bad. We were willing to book an extra breakfast and two dinners for the 6-year-old child. The meal cost for adults was NT$3,000 or NT$4,000, but an additional NT$100 was charged due to unclear circumstances. It was not a matter of the amount, but it was a bit confusing at the moment.

A hotel with a very low C P value. The room is small and there is no bathtub. I live on the 15th floor. However, the air inside smells like a basement and the quilt is also very damp. I asked the staff for a dehumidifier to improve it slightly. I couldn't sleep well at night. I simply went straight to watch the sunrise. The most ridiculous thing is that I spent an extra 600 to live in a sea view room. The sea view is so small that I need a telescope to see it. I almost died laughing at my stupid decision😂 Even though all the lights in the room were turned on, it was still too dark to put on makeup. This was the first time I stayed in a high-end hotel but didn’t want to take pictures. This is a wonderful memory. There was a very energetic staff member at breakfast. She waved and said goodbye to us when she left. She was the best thing that happened to me during my stay.

The hotel is located in the central area of ​​Taitung City, with the night market right outside. The hotel swimming pool is very good. There is no independent bathtub in the room, so you can only soak in the hotel sauna. The swimming pool and sauna have time limits, which is a bit inconvenient. Other things are very satisfactory

Needless to say, the location is convenient. There is a night market downstairs on Saturday night, which saves a lot of walking effort. The width of the mechanical parking space is quite small, making it difficult to park a large RV, but there is an outdoor parking lot available. The breakfast was passable, and one of the four pillows on the bed in the room smelled...the only point deduction.
