地點離火車站很近，走路6分鐘左右，租機車也很近走路3分鐘左右，飲食店也很近，走路2分鐘左右，雖然是無人旅店，但是入住的流程通訊很完善，也很容易清楚了解，房內設備看起來新頴也很乾淨，入住不會有什麼問題服務人員也很親切有問必答，有開飲機茶包咖啡包免費暢飲，真的比一般的飯店覺得C P值𨘻高，真的是物超所值，有機會再來台東旅遊會再來住宿。

因為我們是半夜到的，無人櫃檯自行取鑰匙對我們來說非常方便，離火車站很近，也沒有其他評論說的蚊子很多，這次的體驗蠻棒的。
