I chose this hotel for my business trip. I arrived early, and the staff kindly offered me a complimentary breakfast and hot water, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The hotel breakfast was also excellent; they had congee suitable for the elderly, and they even considered what kids like, offering desserts, mini tarts, and yogurt, as well as coffee. Just checked out of the Wanda Realm Taiyuan South Station. I booked a deluxe king room, and the front desk service was incredibly warm. Seeing I had a child, they proactively helped with my luggage.
