Always an excellent stay at the JW Marriott. The hotel is located in the bustling part of the city, which may be noisy for some, but perfect for us who wants to enjoy the vibe of the city for Christmas Eve. Rooms were new and big and service was great. Will always come back to stay.

Hands down the best hotel in Taiyuan! The hotel even provided complimentary welcome fruit!
My parents said it was the best hotel experience they've had, and they slept incredibly well! The breakfast offered a wide selection of Shanxi-specific dishes, all freshly made by the chefs.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very spacious, bright, and well-lit, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk service was excellent; Duty Manager Yoyo was particularly warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were promptly met, which was truly heartwarming. There's free parking available, and the location is very convenient – a direct passage on the first floor leads straight to the shopping mall, which was super handy. Highly recommend it!
The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options.
The Chaoshan cuisine at the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor was incredibly authentic; my husband even said it tasted just like his mom's cooking! The restaurant staff were also very welcoming and enthusiastic.
