This place is extremely clean. I 100% recommend staying at this place. They use a robot for food delivery to your room and the elevators require a room card to use. They have someone at the front desk 24-hours and are very friendly and helpful even to someone who doesn’t speak Chinese very well. They have free self service laundry, a decent gym, and great room amenities. The mid-level room have a nice tv and super comfy memory foam bed and pillow. It is worth the extra money.

I chose this place because it was newly opened and the environment was nice. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by the spaciousness, comfort, and aroma. Then, when I got to the room, I was wow! It exceeded my expectations. Not only was the price affordable, but the environment was also so comfortable, and the furnishings were so warm.
Service: They even gave me two bottles of water and an eye mask when I checked out. What a thoughtful gesture! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Taiyuan.
