地理位置優越，離機場很近，出差入住經常入住歡朋，服務很不錯，早餐品種也很多，前台6號接待員小張安排退房安排開具發票有需要響應及時，入住滿意，下次還會選擇這裏！

一行三人訂了兩間房，不知道是不是預售房便宜的原因，感覺這家酒店並不太在意服務，一路住過好多家希爾頓歡朋，説實話這家服務最差。當初選擇住這也是因為評分高，離着火車站近才選擇的。具體原因前面的訂單已經説了，不再重複了。 提個建議，我們一天早上出門比較早，想讓前台給準備幾個雞蛋，前台説因為太早準備不了。我在成都的希爾頓歡朋，一個時間點前台就能給準備，雞蛋從容器中拿出來都是燙人的，這就是細節，你們應該學習。最後和服務無關，這個地段距離飛機場應該很近，睡眠不好並且喜歡睡懶覺的可能會不習慣。再來太原不會再選擇這裏了。

感覺是一家並不太在意服務的酒店，一路住過好多家希爾頓歡朋，説實話這家服務最差。當初選擇住這也是因為評分高，離着火車站近才選擇的。1.第一天晚上連續要了兩次物品，第二次來送物品的時候滿臉不開心。2.第二天晚上要了一次刮鬍刀，沒送。第二天早上又要，等了 20 分鐘還沒送，又打的電話才送。3.樓層服務人員我們在説謝謝時候連個迴應都沒有。4.每天一次性物品都有落下沒補充的。 服務行業在於細節，這幾點你們連最基本都做不到。 5..提個建議，我們一天早上出門比較早，想讓前台給準備幾個雞蛋，前台説因為太早準備不了。我在成都的希爾頓歡朋，一個時間點前台就能給準備，雞蛋從容器中拿出來都是燙人的，這就是細節，你們應該學習。最後和服務無關，這個地段距離飛機場應該很近，睡眠不好並且喜歡睡懶覺的可能會不習慣。
