Bingzhou Hotel

Facilities: The wardrobes and TV cabinets are all solid wood. As Taiyuan is in the north, they've added thoughtful amenities like drying racks, air purifiers, and humidifiers. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located at Exit B of Wuyi Square Station on Metro Line 1, making subway travel very easy. Service: Luggage storage is available, but the breakfast selection is a bit limited.

This is an older hotel, but the facilities and service are still great. Its location is fantastic, making it easy to get around. I stayed for two consecutive nights, but the room service and cleaning on the second day weren't up to par. On a brighter note, Cui Ge had some special Chinese New Year activities, and the noodle-making demonstration was really engaging!

Extremely satisfied with this classic hotel, and the value for money is absolutely incredible! The staff are professional and enthusiastic, and the Chinese restaurant offers delicious and affordable food, even including a noodle-making show. My only complaint is that the heating was too strong! As someone from the south, I had to borrow a fan to cool down, haha.

Excellent, excellent! The location is great, the service is good, and the cleanliness is also decent. Initially, I saw some reviews saying that the food at Bingzhou Hotel wasn't good, but after having dinner and breakfast at Bingcui Pavilion, I actually found it to be quite good.

First off, the hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. The lobby is beautiful and grand. The room was clean, well-laid out, and quiet. The breakfast buffet and the Chinese dinner were delicious, reasonably priced, and distinctive – truly memorable. Shanxi is a wonderful place, definitely worth exploring and enjoying the local cuisine.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, and the parking lot is large and very convenient. The facilities are excellent, with a pool and a gym. There's even a robot delivery service for meals. The room is spacious, and the shower water pressure is great. Attention to detail is perfect, housekeeping is prompt, and even the disposable slippers are of high quality. The service, especially, is outstanding. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to a female housekeeping supervisor who helped us arrange a private dining room at the restaurant on ***** New Year's Eve. My friends and I enjoyed a delicious New Year's Eve dinner and had a wonderful time. The restaurant's food was also very good, and they even gave us a complimentary pastry box. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning!
