外觀富良堂皇典雅，可服務不敢恭維，我在攜程訂的行政套房，到店後前台把我安排在11還是12樓的西邊套，我進房之後發現西曬的太陽受不了，且不是行政層，又打電話要求換行政層，後換到15樓東邊套，服務員解釋套房衹有東西兩邊，進房間後首先是黴味，打開所有窗後幾小時才散盡，套房房間的窗户咪咪小，基本相當於無！

算姜堰不錯的酒店了，服務有待提高
免費的水不在吧枱位置，在房間靠近窗户的茶几上，吧枱的都是收費的，死貴，一不小心就被收費了，一瓶水25塊
酒店早餐一般，有很多是湊數的，不知道現在酒店早餐咋都這樣！
周圍吃飯比較方便，附件有個類似景點的裏面各種吃的，有早餐
出去吃東西要找個放心的不容易。
