The sound insulation is very poor. Using the bathroom upstairs is noisy like using it in your own room. The zero-pressure concept is not there at all, but the pillows are soft and the mattress has no zero pressure at all. The floor is slippery, the slippers are not slippery, and the smart controls are basically useless.
