I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel recently. The staff were warm and attentive. I accidentally forgot to bring my charger and the front desk staff brought it to my room, which was very thoughtful. After checking out, I forgot some of my medications and called the hotel. The staff immediately sent someone to check. The quick and efficient service made me feel very relieved. The overall experience was very satisfactory and I will definitely stay here again!
