The hotel is clean. The staff at the reception are helpful and kind. The breakfast is good and has enough food for foreigners to eat. The coffee is good 👍👍 The Themed sports room has a fun interactive mirror, it's fun to use it for dancing and exercise. The amenities are all good and the bed is really soft and comfortable. The amenities in the room have both English and Chinese, which is really helpful. The hotel offers free tea and that's cool 👍
Things to improve:
The reception staff could learn a few basic English phrases. The sports themed room could be better if it had an extra sitting place (another chair or a small sofa). There is only 1 chair in the room and it wasn't enough for us (I travelled with my husband and son).

I chose this place because of the convenient transportation, and it really didn't disappoint me. It's very convenient to travel. The room facilities are pretty good. The auntie enthusiastically sent me fruits and asked me about the surrounding areas. She was also very enthusiastic to help me. The breakfast was very rich and had the style of a big hotel. The hotel has been renovated and is very clean. The sanitary TV can be cast. The room is clean and tidy. The sanitary room is also equipped. The disinfectant is very user-friendly. Very nice hotel. The room is spacious and quiet. The amenities are luxurious and modern. I particularly enjoyed the gym and the fabulous swimming pool .i did not have time to enjoy the spa on the same floor. Maybe next time. Definitely will stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The executive suites are both spacious and clean. My only complaint would be that there was no soap by the bathtub and the soap bottles were all secured to the walls so we couldn’t easily transfer the soap to the bathtub to use it. Also, for my non Chinese speaking friends the room service had difficulties understanding us so it’s best to just request a waiter to come to the room and you can order in person. Overall, great experience. The executive lounge had free food and drinks and stayed open until 11. Would definitely come again.

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast variety is OK, but the taste is average. Parking is convenient, and there is free parking underground.
The hotel swimming pool is open to the public. A bunch of children and members come to swim. The lifeguard does not perform his duty of care and becomes a coach for the children. The order of the swimming pool is unmanaged, and the front desk receptionist is careless, which seriously affects the rights and feelings of the guests staying in the hotel. The service level of a five-star hotel is a bit poor.

It was very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows were well-known big brands. The hair dryer was also very good at dawn. The price is very high. Hotel next time you come to Wenling, you will still live here.

The location is on the mountain and you can see the beautiful starry sky. The overall style is industrial and artistic. I like it. I slept comfortably all night. The shopkeeper is very enthusiastic and is also responsible for driving me, who is visiting from other places.

CCherry WeddelI recently stayed in the family room at this homestay and wanted to share my experience. On the positive side, the room was quite spacious, providing ample room for my family to move around comfortably. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. The garden in front of the house added to the pleasant ambiance.
However, there were a few downsides to our stay. Firstly, I noticed that the cleanliness of the toilet and shower area wasn't up to par. This was a bit disappointing as cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any accommodation. Additionally, there were no disposable slippers provided, which would have been a thoughtful touch. Lastly, the air conditioning in the room didn't cool the space effectively, leaving the room a bit warmer than we would have liked.
In conclusion, while there were some positives to our stay, the issues with cleanliness, lack of disposable slippers, and inadequate air conditioning did affect our overall comfort. With a bit of improvement in these areas, this homestay could offer an even more enjoyable experience for families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Unfortunately the rooms and also the carpets in the corridors and the toilets are not clean and they stink.
After one night in a bed that really stank like a wet dog, we were able to change rooms without any problems. But unfortunately the next room wasn't clean either and the toilet was very smelly. There was also smoking everywhere, which was very unpleasant. What a shame, because it could have been perfect.
The spa is very nice, but unfortunately has no sauna and no indoor swimming pool.
If the hotel had been cleaner, we would have felt more comfortable.
The staff were great and we wish everyone a happy Dragon Year.

GGuest UserA very satisfying accommodation experience. I checked in on New Year's Eve. The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded me to a room for free. The room is large and the decoration style is my favorite. It's very warm. What I didn't expect was that it was prepared for us in the evening. We had a heartwarming late-night snack (hot longan and lotus seed soup, very heart-warming). The breakfast was rich in variety. It is rare to have such a breakfast at this price. There are also various interactive activities in the lobby, such as writing Spring Festival couplets and making candied haws, which is very New Year atmosphere. The hotel It really took a lot of effort to make us feel like we were home, especially the handsome guy at the front desk. His service was really great and considerate. I give him and the hotel a big thumbs up. Thank you.

VViviLeonI stayed for 3 nights 4 days. Had a great time at the hotel but I still consider the price was kind of high for what’s offered.
1. Swimming floor tiles are old and make the swimming pool look dirty
2. Restaurant is closed but when I called to checked they said the opposite.
3. My room was extremely bright. Impossible to sleep after 6am. No more rooms available.
The town is beautiful. There’s a lake only few meters away with some coffee shops to enjoy the sunset. The Ruyi bridge is 4km away so didi or bus can take you there easily. At night there’s not much to do. It would be nice if the hotel offers at an extra price some table tennis tables, spa or something else to make the amenities more attractive.
