The service of this hotel is very good. Because the road on the mountain is icy, it is impossible to ride on the bicycle. It is still more than ten kilometers to the hotel and it is already dark. I have to retreat to the convenience store near the foot of the mountain and call the hotel for help. There is a waiter who understands English. After asking the clerk to explain the location to them, he immediately sent a car to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. Even though it was already after 8pm when we arrived at the hotel, dinner was still prepared for us! After checking out the next day, we were sent back to the convenience store to pick up the car. This kind of hospitality will definitely make you come back next time!

It was very tiring and frightening to go on the small mountain road at night. There was no one checking in at the counter around 10:00 at night. The room was big, the hot spring bathroom was big, and the Japanese breakfast was good

This was my first time staying with my elderly mother. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but we were kindly shown to our room right away and were able to enter. Thank you for your consideration. The hot spring was great, and the dinner was very luxurious and delicious. There were bath towels and face towels in the room, and the only amenities were toothbrushes. So, if you need a comb or other items, I recommend bringing them yourself. However, you can purchase them at the front desk for a low price. There was lotion, milky lotion, horse oil cream, etc. in the bathroom, which was appreciated. This is just my personal preference, but the pillow was very hard, making it difficult to sleep... but it's a matter of preference. I'm sorry m(__)m I would like to stay again. Thank you☆

The only hot spring on the shore of Lake Haruna. Since it was a Sunday during the fall foliage season, the number of people was limited, but luckily we were able to get in without waiting. There was also a "silent bath" sign posted in the changing room, which was very helpful since I don't like the noisy atmosphere. The hot water is brown and cloudy and mellow, and at around 40 degrees Celsius, I was able to soak in it comfortably. Kusatsu is so hot that I can't go in. Even after taking a bath, I felt warm and happy when I returned home. Body soap, shampoo conditioner, and hair dryer are provided. Towels are sold at the counter. (250 yen for a face towel) This time I went for the purpose of mountain climbing, but next time I would like to come just to relax in the hot springs. thank you for helping me.
