The hotel is clean, good service and kind staffs. Just a few minutes away from the station, walking distance. Near from restaurants, shop, convenience store. Very good location. No hassle of checking in and out. I had a good breakfast too. I feel relaxed on my 2 nights stay of this hotel. Highly recommended especially for business trip.

The space is quite large, very close to the JR station, and there are many yakiniku restaurants nearby. Although the breakfast is a bit simple, the breakfast meals can be taken away, which is a very good choice. I personally think the bed is a bit firm, and some people may I’m not used to sleeping, and the bathroom is a bit small.

Nice accommodation. Accommodation in Karuizawa is too expensive, so you might consider staying in Takasaki. Residences that are convenient for skiing, such as Echigo-Yuzawa and Karuizawa, are very close. The hotel also provides breakfast.

There was a group of people talking loudly in the middle of the night from 1:00 to 3:00, and I couldn't sleep for more than an hour and a half. It was the worst.
