I was in trouble after returning from a trip when I was told different information and different prices, and when my small child told me that the room was a smoking room, I wanted to go home right away. I managed to stay overnight, but there were blood-like marks on the carpet floor, which made me think it was a nosebleed. I guess it couldn't be helped because the front desk had arranged for a non-smoking room on short notice. However, the children were happy because they could see the train from the window.
