Usual standard at all Dormy Inn hotel franchise in Japan. Although the Onsen was known as artificial, seems it is just a hot water

+ convenient, good service, nice Onsen and small goodies like free ice cream and ramen

this hotel offer keys to customers and it can still put to the hole, it is a very interesting and confusing idea,, the room and bed ate good, just the shower place a bit small.
