Terrible experience.
I checked in at 21:42 and entered room 301, where I found a stranger's luggage (as shown in the picture).
On the table was a sheet with my name on it (for the same room 301) that said I had checked in at 10:28 AM.
Is it even possible to check in at 10:28 AM? Is this normal for hotel management?
When I asked the front desk, they gave me an incomprehensible explanation: "We issued the wrong name." How could they have made such a mistake so that someone else could check in under my name?
Even when a person who seemed to be a manager came out, they didn't give me a satisfactory explanation.
I ended up being given a different room, but...
The hotel facilities and location were perfect, no complaints.

The location is perfect, as it is only a 3-minute walk from the ticket gate of JR Takatsuki Station. The facilities are new, and the rooms are larger than other business hotels, so I had a comfortable stay. Recently, hotels in Osaka and Kyoto have become more expensive, so I think the area around Takatsuki Station is also a good choice. It is convenient because you can get to Osaka Station and Kyoto Station quickly by special rapid train.
