Top class service with amazing food! Only downside was the rooms were on the older side but I think most hotels in takayama are old. Asking anyone, this is probably considered the best Ryokan in town.

The staff is very nice and the room is big. We drive and it is convenient. However it’s far a bit from station if you take train. The food is very delicious! WiFi is a bit weak. Price is high but reasonable.

We come back again after the last visit eight years ago. Remains the same good welcome and quality and comfortless!!

This trip of 3 days and 2 nights was very pleasant. I notified the receptionist in advance to help with the transfer from Gaoshan Station to the hotel. I arrived early at 12 o'clock and dropped off my luggage before going out to visit Gaoshan Ancient Street. Check in at the hotel at 3 o'clock. The staff will have a welcome ceremony. Staff will guide you from the lobby to the elevator. There is complete VIP service. Each staff member is elegant, smiling, knows how to speak English, and the luggage has been put back in the room. . After the introduction to the room, each person was given a cup of matcha and fruit as a welcome. Afterwards, we enjoyed the independent hot springs in the room, and also went to the Huazhaoan Hotel to soak in the hot springs. After dinner, we also went to the isolation villa to enjoy the hot springs. The fatigue of daily walking can be relieved. In addition to the first-class rooms and first-class environment during this trip, the dinner ordered was also quite sumptuous, including Japanese meals for two meals per stay, Hida beef dinner, and dinner in different rooms. If you come to Nagoya again, you must choose Hana Zhaoan Hotel. The facilities, supplies, dinner, and staff service are all very good.

Generally, Japanese hotels check in at 3 pm, so we left our luggage at the previous hotel and went shopping first. The hotel is located in the most prosperous and beautiful area of ​​Takayama. We saw Hua Zhaoan while walking on the street. The receptionist at the door saw us walking towards the hotel and came to ask if we were guests who were going to check in. We told them in simple English that we were guests who were going to check in, but our luggage was still in the previous hotel. The staff said that there was a shuttle bus and they could arrange a vehicle to help transport the luggage later. We checked in directly with our passports. There was a drum welcome ceremony at the entrance. After entering the house, we arranged welcome refreshments. It was so warm and thoughtful. After we went into the room to rest for a while, we asked how many pieces of luggage we had, arranged a van to pick up the luggage, and the staff helped to deliver it to the room. The service was first-class. Dinner was a special edition of Tanabata kaiseki cuisine, in an independent restaurant on the second floor. The exquisite tableware was matched with great ingredients. One of the cold dishes was made of water shield and served in a glass container, and there were vegetables made into flower hearts with small bowls of morning glory. It was full of summer and delicious. Dinner was grilled Hida beef, breakfast was grilled natto and grilled fish, the rice was also very delicious, and you could have unlimited refills, so you didn't have to worry about not being full. When we left on the second day, the hotel also arranged a vehicle to take us to the JR station. The staff who saw us off were friendly and cordial, and I experienced the full sense of ceremony of an old Japanese hotel.

This is the best ryokan I have ever stayed in! The location, rooms, restaurants, hot springs, and services are all first-class. The entire hotel is like a Japanese doll museum, but it's a pity that I only stayed for one night. This is the fifth time I have been to Gaoshan. This is the best hotel in Gaoshan.

From the pick-up at the terminal, the welcoming service when entering the entrance, the cleanliness, and the excellent taste of the evening and breakfast, it was a place with absolutely nothing to fault. I love mountains. The quality and price of Huazhao'an are consistent. The first plus point is the location. It is close to the business center. It is quiet and far away from the crowds, and it is almost a few minutes' walk away from the popular attractions. It is also a high-quality meal and dinner. She also followed us for the rest of the service, and sometimes she even left a small note. I want to see her every day with her warm words!
