I visited in January this year and liked it so much that I visited again. I was a little disappointed that the system was a little different from January (in January, the staff suggested that I change the meal type on the same day, but this time, when I asked to change it, they said that it was not possible on the same day. If I had known that it was not possible, I would have requested the change in advance, but it was disappointing). Other than that, it was better than I expected. You have to rent a car to get there. If I go nearby again, I think I will stay there again.

I went with three friends! We had a lot of fun!! The friendly service, the luxurious dinner, the wide variety of breakfast options, and the amazing views were all great!! In terms of amenities, I think it would have been 120 points if they had provided lotions and chargers! We had so much fun! Thank you for a wonderful time😄

I had read the reviews before booking, so I was prepared, but the number of amenities, the room facilities, and the service were all very disappointing. Even though the child's age was confirmed when booking online, it was booked as an adult, so the meals and price could not be changed to the same as adults. No suggestions were made. The only thing they said was that they could not accommodate the reservation because it was made through an overseas app. I had contact information and the child's age, but the reason they could not accommodate me was not only because they were not connected to the reservation site, but also because they were not very responsive on the spot. They were very cold, even without hearing an explanation that this is what they were making the reservation for. As for the food, even though the front desk had confirmed the child's meal, there was cooking sake in the child's meal. It was something that you couldn't tell by smell, so what would they have done if the child had eaten it? The food was also different from what was said online, and there was no explanation of the upgrade, and since it was a cottage in a great location, I was expecting something better than what was said in the online reviews, but it was the same. To be honest, the front desk's response was so businesslike that I wondered how well they had been trained, and I thought they should reconsider what hospitality is. It was worth the price.

OK hotel surrounded by nature The atmosphere is good, but the room is a bit shabby. The pillows are very flat, not comfortable to sleep on. The wifi is strong and the food is very good. Amenities include only shampoo and shower cream. There is a private onsen 1600yen/50 minutes. The room is quite old and shabby. But overall ok Smiling, friendly staff

It is located on a plateau, so the view is beautiful and the road leading there is also pretty. The downside is that you have to rent a car to get there, but seeing as there are a lot of group tourists, I think there is a product for that. The food was also better and better than expected. I'm satisfied

It is an image of a log house. The sunken kotatsu was good, and I was worried about the cold because it was getting colder as the sun went down. There was a toilet and a shower room, but we recommend using the hot spring bath for the bath. I feel that the food was Japanese and had a lot of fish dishes.

We enjoyed the stay very much. It was not crowded during the Monday we were there on 6/2//2023 and we had a sumptuous Kaisekei (hope it’s spelt correctly) dinner and the breakfast was good too - a nicely balanced meal with Japanese food, and vegetables. The weather was not good when we were there, stormy and the visibility from the room and from hotspring was quite limited. So we could not see much view unfortunately. The room was basic cottage and quite adequate. It was not a crowded season.

The scenery was very nice and the service from the employees was attentive. Although the building is showing its age, we were able to use it spaciously. The only amenities were a toothbrush and a razor, so it would be nice if they had more amenities, and the futon was thin, so it might be a little difficult for some people to sleep. The yakiniku dinner and breakfast were very delicious.
