Sorry that we cannot give you a refund because cancellation 1 day before arrival is clearly against our policy. However, we still gave you a chance to get a full refund with medical proof or flight cancellation proof provided which we never received. We have asked for it many times. Instead, we got spammed with bad fake reviews from multiple accounts obviously from the same person on multiple platforms. We hope you understand that cancellation 1 day before arrival is extremely harmful to business in traveling or hospitality industry. Trip.com support has officially confirmed that your booking was processed as non-refundable. We also have to decline your offer "deleting all bad/fake comments on all platforms for full-refund". Again, we are not giving in to fake comments and blackmailing.
