Peaceful hotel in the middle of the jungle. The lodges are super spacious, luminous et well furnished. The owners are super helpful and kind. Nice swimming pool, it was a pleasure to stay at GrandFather

Very nice family resort. Clean and comfortable bungalows around a swimming pool. Popular by older people and young couples with children. You need your own transport or rent a motorbike(available at-the resort) for dinner, although the snapper restaurant is at walking distance. The resort restaurant only serves breakfast, Tip: the resort staf is happy to arrange transport (taxi) at very reasonable price to Phuket, Ranong, Kao Sok etc..

Positiv: Sehr schönes, familiengeführtes Resort! Das Resort liegt versteckt, abseits dem Trubel und ist für Ruhesuchende genau das Richtige! Ein Auto oder ein Roller ist hier ein Muss. Die Roller können allerdi Direkt in der Unterkunft ausgeliehen werden und es stehen kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Die Bungalows sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr sehr herzlich und nett. Das Personal spricht schlecht englisch und deutsch, mittels Google translate und Händen und Füssen hat es aber funktioniert. Wäsche Service wird ebenfalls angeboten. Zwar etwas teuerer als an der Strasse, dafür gebügelt, gefaltet ;). Bei unserer Abreise wurden wir ausreichen mit lime leaves, limettengrass und galanga aus dem Garten versorgt, damit wir zuhause unsere Tom gha Kai Suppe kochen können :)) Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und können das Resort nur empfehlen. Das Personal spricht schlecht englisch und deutsch, mittels Google translate und Händen und Füssen hat es aber funktioniert. Negativ:Bei Anreise wird ein Formular zur Verfügung gestellt welches man ausfüllen soll, in dem nach der Zahlungsweise gefragt wird. Unter anderem kann die kartenzahlung gewählt werden. Bei der abreise hiess es jedoch Cash only

A small paradise with limitations. The complex is beautifully laid out. The bungalow is OK. Unfortunately there is hardly any storage space for clothes. AC works, but it is loud. The pool would be nice but unfortunately not well maintained. The water is sometimes very cloudy. Only when we asked did they pour disinfectant into it without ever having measured the values. We were very disappointed with the rental of the scooters. The scooters were in a pitiful state. Brakes and tires not working. We had a tire blowout, which we were lucky to survive unscathed. We had a new tire put on on the way and paid for it. When we mentioned the fact, the German husband of the manager Mon. told us that the scooters are checked every time before they are rented out. Our observation did not confirm this at all. He became very aggressive and recommended that we get a lawyer. It was only about 16 euros. We were in this resort for 3 weeks and this happened on the 2nd day. I expressly warn against renting a scooter there. There are enough rental companies with decent machines on the main road. It is a pity that they are slowly destroying this little paradise with defects that are really easy to fix. The dissatisfaction of several guests was unfortunately the general mood on site
