Nice hotel , this is my 4 times here, i requested them to set a birthday decoration in my room. It was very lovely. I will definitely recommend to my friends

Excellent customer service, including golf buggy transport around the hotel complex. Good size room but with shower over bath which wasn’t ideal. Plenty of choice at breakfast and food of reasonable quality. Would be happy to return and recommend to others.

The overall experience is so great that we want to come back again! 😍 They even voluntary offer free cake to celebrate your birthday.

Good service, very beautiful hotel There is a shuttle service throughout the hotel. There are many activities such as golf and ball fields, a children's pool, and a wide pool with 2-3 zones suitable for relaxing.

Beautiful, comfortable, suitable for relaxation. The swimming pool is nice to swim in, the sky bar restaurant is very good, the prices are not expensive.

There are no beds to sleep on at the beach. But I saw the guests go to bed by themselves. Carrying a beach bed from the swimming pool myself, confused. There are a lot of swimming pools, the school is very big, the holiday zone is beautiful. Breakfast is good. enough seats Overall the room is beautiful and spacious. Some areas of the holiday zone swimming pool have dirty debris floating around. The water has a rust smell. In the room, there were also marks of termites eating the wood near the refrigerator cabinet. Didn't wipe it off. The drain in the bathtub is clogged. The water must not be drained. Call a technician to repair. Wasting a lot of time resting The balcony light won't turn on. Have to have another technician come to repair it. When repairing pieces of the ceiling fell down. I don't clean it. All in chaos, confused. Sofa bed in the part that can be pulled out There were two nails sticking out of the sharp side. My leg is bleeding. It's very dangerous. The wound has still been there for 5 days. If it's more severe than this, It's definitely very dangerous. Just report 0 to them. Please notify along with the bathtub repair process. I think next time I will change to sleep somewhere else.

The hotel is located slightly north of Khao Lak, and most of the guests were Westerners. The facility is spacious, with several pools and a pool bar, so you can relax and enjoy yourself. There are plenty of activities for children, so it's popular with families, but there's also an adult-only area, so it's also a good place for people who want to enjoy it quietly. The facility was clean and had been renovated. The room was very nice, but I was in trouble because I didn't have slippers or a laundry bag. Also, the air conditioner broke on the last day, so the room didn't get cold and it got a little hot. The food is rich in variety and delicious, so you'll be satisfied. It was amazing that they had vegan and gluten-free food available. With this quality, the price of 5,000 yen per person per night including breakfast can only be described as a bug. A hotel that I would definitely like to stay at again. You can enjoy both the sea and the pool as you can walk right out of the hotel. There were not many people, but the coast was calm. There are many restaurants nearby, so you won't have any problems.

Impressed with everything. The room is large and satisfying. Breakfast is good with a lot to choose from. The beach atmosphere is good and clean. Convenient for families with very young children because there are many toys and many activities. Beside the hotel there is a restaurant and roti shop owned by locals at inexpensive prices. Definitely going to stay again.

We were in the 18+ zone. The hotel is good, clean, the staff is friendly. It harmonizes beautifully with the nature around. But the hotel combines areas for exclusively adults (small building) and for families with children (most of the hotel), and it seemed to me, despite this, the hotel is intended more for families with children. And it would be good to differentiate restaurants for the 18+ zone and separately for families with children. Breakfasts were the same, but tasty and filling. For some reason, in the mornings the staff did not place sun loungers on the beach, and the guests had to do it themselves. The food in the restaurant on the beach at the hotel is not tasty; further along the coast there are more delicious cafes. It would be great if the hotel provided transfers from the airport, I sent an email and no one answered me. We got there on our own. But the holiday experience is good.

The school is very suitable for families. There are a lot of activities. I've been there 3 times, taking photos and drawing. I haven't finished all the dogs and cats in the school building. I don't know if I secretly wrote more or not 😅

Hotel outside Khaolak town but which offers an hourly shuttle bus service (6 per day) unfortunately the last one is at 4pm. Very friendly and helpful staff. We thought we were in an adults only facility, but it's just one area. The restaurant (there are 2 for breakfast and one of the two for dinner) is for everyone. The structure is large but buggy service is available for those who request it. We stayed 2 weeks and were satisfied. Several beach restaurants and massage parlors, as well as various small shops. One flaw: there are few deckchairs and you have to go and reserve them early with a towel if you want one. And several of those deckchairs are broken (the hotel guys who put them away don't take it easy) the breakfast is plentiful but always offers the same things

The service staff is very good, friendly, the pool is big, there is a water park to play in. The children like it very much. Going to Takua Pa is not far away.

There are often very small ants on the bed of the room I stayed in... Everything else is fine, the environment is okay. The restaurant service is pretty good
