Staff was so friendly upon check in, welcome drink was given.
Check in room, it was really cosy and big. Clean as well.
Breakfast was good, many options to choose from and delicious.
Ps. This was a second time staying in this hotel

We booked for 2nd time. khun lisa (front staff) was friendly. overall was good but room has bad smell like mold and maid already set burner for us but this smell has not gone. TV remote has a little dust. we booked for 3 people but amenity in bath room set for only 2 people.

A spa in the hotel is recommended because the quality of massages and the products that they use. Breakfast is not bad as good as Pullman standard. The hotel arranged some shows for Loykratong festival.

Beautiful hotel really new and modern,room is large and great style. The staff very friendly thanks to Stefan,Milk and Moo for taking care during the stay professional services from them. I will definitely come back in future.

Hotel located very far away from town, 10mins to nearest 7-11 by car,20 mins to nearest big c,30 mins to Khao Lak night market, room was a little bit small compared with other hotel in Thailand, nothing special breakfast disappointed us, fortunately, the swimming pool was great with 2 slides

Remote resort but had everything we needed for a calm and relaxing holiday. Great beach and nice pools. Rooms were big and clean. We also walked to the Tsunami Memorial place just a short walk on the beach to get there. There is a newly opened restaurant called Tid Lom, with local nice cheap food including live music, 5 min walk from the hotel on the main road. (In case you don’t want to pay the high price for the hotel dinner buffet)

It is a hotel with a beautiful evening view during the sunset. The sky and the light are very beautiful. The service is good, the staff is lovely, the room is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Assigned room It's right in the middle of the building. See the full view of the hotel and swimming pool. The sunset view from the healing room is very heartwarming. The staff are polite, good service and very cute. Questions and answers provide accurate and complete information. But the breakfast room is a bit small. But the vision is very good. Think of the lotus pond. Sit and eat breakfast and look at the lotus pond. Heal your heart in the morning. +With the service staff whether they would like coffee or not. Take a sip while you're in and feel good. It's one of the recommended places to stay for a lot of relaxation. But during the time we went it rained a little heavily. I recommend this place.
