Very good area & service

Excellent staff. Food was delicious 😋

Basic room booked at last minute. Great welcoming host,and offered to give me a lift to Phuket the next day. Was in a good location in Khao Lak.

The lady boss is really friendly and helpful. Everything is possible never said “No”. Hahaha. Will stay again on my next re-visit.

The bungalows aren’t in the best condition, lots of cobwebs and leaves inside on the walls (wooden slates). During our stay we had 3 Lizards in our room - that we saw. They can just get in through the holes in the floor, and the wooden slats and there was a hole in the bathroom window too. There were lots of Ants and little bugs in the room too, especially in the bathroom and by the back of the bed where the pillows are (bugs on our pillows). The pool was quite green too, and overall we wouldn’t stay again.

We had a nice stay here in the bungalows. It’s pretty close to the beach and you can rent a scooter at the reception to explore the area.

Really lovely people running the place. Comfy, cold AC, pool, good location. Would recommend.

Wonderful

The owner is very cute and friendly. There is a chance to come and stay again. The recommended food is also delicious and not expensive. When we returned, the owner gave us bananas to eat in the car again. Very kind, I'm impressed. The room is cute. Thank you very much 😊

The picture posted and the actual location do not match the cover. Old yellow bedsheets, pillows smell. Rooms have damaged windows with large holes. The water flows well.

Unfortunately, this is not at all what we expected, based on the photo from the profile of this hotel. There is a swimming pool, but it cannot be used. It is probably not maintained in working order. The bungalows are more like cardboard houses. The rest of the rooms in the main building seemed to have survived the tsunami, and then they didn’t try very hard to put them in order... Thailand is an amazing country, here for the same money you can get a wonderful room or just such a misunderstanding... I haven’t yet understood how it works, but in the future I will be more careful.

The room includes 2 breakfast sets. The room is spacious, has a TV, water heater, large bathroom, the lights are a bit dim, there is AIS TV internet. I like this. But when I opened it, the owner came to take a look and fix it. All other services are good. The accommodation deducted a star because when booking Reserved a bungalow room but when we arrived at the accommodation it was a standard room instead. There were only 2 rooms left, namely our room and another room that had not yet been checked in. They were told the room was full. We booked through trip.com, so I'm confused as to why they didn't change it in the system. Standard room from the beginning, or it's better not to reserve through APPLICATION walk in. Can you see the room on the cover? It makes us look pessimistic because we entered the accommodation around 8 p.m. and didn't inform the accommodation. So, are you thinking of canceling it? then let the room go However, you should call and ask what time you will arrive at your accommodation?

Good location, clean room. The hostess is hospitable and attentive to details. Two bottles of water in the room every day. Great omelette for breakfast and unlimited coffee. Moreover, breakfast can be ordered at any convenient time, this is very convenient for me, because I usually have breakfast at noon. Just one detail: I recommend renting a room, not a bungalow. The rooms are located in a fundamental building with normal sound insulation. And the bungalows are flimsy houses with a lot of cracks, because of which you can hear everything that is happening around, and also mosquitoes sneak inside.
