Modern renovated hotel with well kept amenities and large pools. The scenery to beach is truly stunning. However, would wish the staff to be more attentive and lay better service.

One night is not enough for this beautiful place. The cleanness, design, service, staff and all the vibe were so great. It's really worth the price.

Overall good with nice location and a lot activities to do so but the cleanliness of bedsheet need to be aware as we found some red spot on bedsheet and we found during the late night then we decided to informed reception next days on departure.

This trip was really a vacation. It was my 3rd wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday. So I looked for a quiet place even if it was far away. I came here. But since we left Korea in the afternoon, it was late in the morning when we arrived. But a male employee pretended to be annoyed and got up at the counter to talk. We arrived late, so we noticed. We also dragged our bags as if it was natural. We were tired because we were late and didn't have the energy to fight. Since it was my wife's birthday, I just wanted to have something nice. I went with him. We were assigned the furthest room in this hotel. As soon as we entered, the room smelled like a bathroom and was not cleaned. There was even a huge cockroach. We spent time sleeping in the room we left. The next day, that male employee was on duty. I really wanted to beat him up, but I held back. It was too late. I told the reception the next morning, and after breakfast, the manager captain apologized and moved us to a room he managed. After that, it was so good. The room condition was so good. There was no problem. Breakfast food. It was good. The other employees were so kind. I gave 1 point to that male employee because of his attitude and behavior. Here, that male employee. If you don't meet him. It's a place that doesn't deserve full marks. Breakfast, swimming pool, landscaping, sea, dinner, snacks. Everything. Full marks. When the peak season is over. I often go to Thailand for vacation, but this is the first time I have such a bad experience. The hygiene is very poor, the room is very broken, there are many mosquitoes, Chinese people are not allowed to stay, they discriminate against Chinese people, the most expensive room type I booked was given the worst location, right opposite a wall, I contacted the hotel before booking to specify the location area, which is in the red circle in the picture, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was given the worst location. The on-site communication said that the room was full, and there was no better location for the same room type in the past three days. Then I contacted Ctrip to communicate, and finally they said that there would be a room of the same room type tomorrow, and they showed me that the room location was the second worst. In the end, I had no choice but to downgrade the room type, and the hotel did not refund the price difference, which Ctrip subsidized me later.
