The pool villa is fantastic. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Location wise it's great, right on beach and short walk to a lot shops and restaurants.

The service is impeccable and everything is considerate. You can feel it from the moment you arrive by car. The breakfast is very good. Other meals are economical and delicious. The room is within expectations. There are friendly cats accompanying you in the hotel. , but there is one thing that really needs to be dealt with. There is an electric leakage in the room, which is very dangerous. If the hair dryer is turned on at the same time during the shower, and the shower head comes into contact with metal such as the faucet, the shower head will get an electric shock. . . .

Conditions inside the room look good but not as clean as they should be. There were hair fragments scattered around in many places, such as coffee cups in the minibar, in the soaking tub, etc. The light rail on the head of the bed which was a mirror was very dusty. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. There were no towels changed when the room was made. But these things when compared to the service of the restaurant staff and the front desk are considered negligible. Because they are very polite and cute. I love this place. I will stop by again.

As soon as the epidemic policy was relaxed, the whole family was arranged to travel. It is a pity that the service and crisis management experience of this hotel is very poor. First, it helped us arrange the wrong room, and then made us pay extra for the hotel's own mistakes. In the end, Ctrip helped us Coordinated and took the loss. In addition, 90% of the hotel is basically German retirees, who are particularly sensitive to the voice of any child, so it is not recommended to bring families with children. Ctrip's customer service is first-class, but the hotel's own customer service is very poor!

the whole experience was great, har5d to point out one particular part, because we, my friends and I had a great time the service was great the happy hour was excellent, so what else can one say, other then try it yourself!!! we are Shure that you will enjoy the stay just as we did.

Great resort with friendly and caring staff. Stayed on a Luxury Escapes package which provided excellent value. Tasty breakfast with heaps of variety (but not Vegemite!), generous happy hour between 4-5pm at pool bar and free lunch/dinner at Sassis's. Rooms with balconies were spacious and clean - only drawback was I cut my legs on the protruding bed bases, so be careful! Massages at the spa were lovely. You can swim at the pool, or the beach which is adjacent. The location is in easy walking distance of the markets and local shops. A great holiday din can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

We loved this resort. The service was amazing and we found the food offering was perfect. The best breakfast buffet. We ate like Kings for 8 days. We had bought via the Luxury escapes VIP deal. Well worth it. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. Could use a few more pool toys for the kids since there is no slides etc... We always could find sun lounges. We had no issues with the staff, nothing was to much trouble and they made sure my boys were looked after. Special shout out to Hua, Byte and Non. Also Ann in spa was amazing. Our rooms were large and clean. We always had our bottled water topped up and room service was prompt. I loved the turn down service and the pillow choice was good. As others have said there was rubbish on the beach in the afternoon if there were big waves but the staff cleaned the beach every morning. This is pretty typical for this time of year up and down the coast of Khao lak. The location of the resort was great. 1 min walk to shops and restaurants. Markets are a 5 min walk.

This is the most ultimate peaceful experience we ever had in a hotel. Amazing garden which respects nature, great fresh breakfast with wide variety of everything and very beautiful big rooms. Very beautiful sandy beach, ideal walk and for hours and swim with safety… The best of all? The incredible organisation and of course the people! Highly recommended

This hotel is just fantastic in every way. The staff are all so friendly, the food is amazing and the rooms incredibly comfortable, spacious and very clean. We had a Luxury Escape deal which was exceptional. Included breakfast every day, lunch or dinner daily and 1 hour cocktails in the evening. We couldn't fault a thing. Highly recommend.

Warm and friendly, typically of all of Thailand. Resort is not huge like neighbouring resorts which makes it more crosier and if you like mingling it wouldn't take much to know half the residents. Beach is clean and a stones through away from the pool Would definitely recommend it

Lovely spacious mid-sized resort. Great pool with swimup bar close to the sea. Beautiful sea views from restaurant. Spacious room with comfortable bed and large outdoor deck area. Convenient to local market, restaurants & travel operators. Friendly & efficient staff.

Our stay at the Ramada Khaolak was nothing short of spectacular. The food, especially the buffets, was amazing. The culinary team truly knows how to deliver a delightful dining experience. The staff are exceptional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to service is apparent in every interaction. The General Manager is a standout; you can see he takes immense pride in his work. He ensures every guest is well looked after, even pitching in when necessary—a true testament to his commitment. While swimming in the beach is not recommended during July, the view from the day beds is divine. The beach is clean and beautiful, providing a serene backdrop to our relaxation. The hotel is meticulously kept clean, reflecting the high standards of the management and staff. This is our second visit, and the unbeatable location of the resort continues to draw us back. We have been here for almost three weeks this time, and the last week has served as my work-from-home office. The internet speed is fabulous, making it easy to stay connected and productive.
