Syna Tiger Resort Bandhavgarh

Very nice resort, tastefully done. Our stay at their luxury cottage was amazing. Very comfortable, tastefully done, neat and large enough room. The services provided by staff was excellent, special thanks to manager Mr. Bhupinder Behl and Mr. Rishab, for ensuring a great stay. We booked our safari with resort and the naturist associated with the resort was very professional and knowledgeable.

Syna is a very beautiful and green property, with lot of individual attention to it’s guests. It is located very close to the jungle so be prepared to see some special guests from animal kingdom there. Special mention to Hema for all her help, guidance and quick responses. The manager was also very thoughtful. Will come back for sure.

This place is absolutely beautiful , my family and I absolutely loved it. We had booked a suite and a luxury cottage. The resort , the rooms are exactly as shown on their website. My past experience with some resorts/ hotels has been like you see beautiful stuff on their website and when you reach the place you are faced with disappointment. But with SYNA resort the experience was heavenly. From booking to our stay everything went smoothly. Hema from the Delhi office did our booking , suggested the rooms we should opt for as there were 7 of us. She even arranged the safari for us in all the three core zones. She is Very polite and helpful. Infact everyone at the resort from the GM Mr Behl, to Mr Manush front office manager, Mr Rishabh front office executive, all the other staff ; everyone was extremely polite and ready to help you. The food was good. We all had a very homely stay . I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SYNA RESORT . I will give them a 200% rating. Absolutely beautiful place. Well maintained. Very courteous, polite, and always ready to help staff.

Excellent place to stay and enjoy your little vacation. The resort is not only amazing in picturesque view but their services, staff and amenities were great as well. Food was yummilicious and everyone from adults to kids enjoyed it. Special thanks to Mr Bahl and Mr Manish for their hospitality. Our safari experience was superb as we were able to spot 6 tigers within 30 mins of entering the safari. Mr Bhuri Singh is an exceptional naturalist. He was bang on with his instincts and was able to spot tigers flawlessly. Make sure to request for him. We are already started planning another trip to Bandhavgarh with our parents and this time we are looking forward to going for the Night safari with Bhuri Singhji. Must visit.

Property location is really prime. Property is well maintained, clean and hygiene. Staff is supportive and courteous. Food is really good. Enjoyed the Amenities like Hamam, candle light dinner and medicinal plant park. Spotted and elephant close to the hotel. Highly recommended for Bandhavgarh visit.

The services provided by your resort are excellent. The ambience was very nice. The quality of food served was extremely good. The overall experience was very nice. I would like to visit it again and again and I wold definitely refer to my friends and relatives.

Very well organised from the booking and the pickup at the airport.The resort is in a great location for accessing the park. The rooms are large and well appointed. The Hamas being prepared on your return is a lovely touch. The rooms could do with a little attention but it’s minor stuff. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Food is also good although service can feel a little rushed. The highlight though are the safaris. Mr Bhuri Singh is an excellent guide and driver. He has great ability to spot things others don’t see. He has worked extensively across Indian parks and is hugely knowledgeable which enhances the experience. And he found us 10 tigers on our 4 safaris. We were blown away. Thank you to everyone who.

Our stay at Syna Tiger Reserve was incredible. The best part of our trip was our naturalist and guide Mr Bhuri Singh. He always knew where to find Tigers, his driving was superb (he could drive an F1 car!) and he knew so much about the beautiful Bandhavgarh Forest. Mr Bhuri managed to spot 12 tigers on our 5 Safaris and even a sloth bear! If you want to see tigers make sure you request for Bhuri as your guide. He and his knowledge is amazing. The rooms were comfortable with a vintage touch. From the day we checked in till we checked out the food served was delicious. The executive chef went out of his way to prepare everything we asked for. All the staff were pleasent and always had a smile on their face.

Very bad experience sale person Ms Ritika Singh is not cooperative at all. I will not suggest any one to visit this property at all .Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time and energy.
