Pugdundee Safaris- Tree House Hideaway

We had a wonderful time at the Treehouse Hideaway. The staff are super friendly, the food is first class (we even had a bush dinner one evening), the treehouse is very spacious and beautiful and our naturalist Priyo was super friendly and an absolute nature professional. The highlight of our last safari was seeing a mother tiger with three cubs.

We had the most incredible stay! The staff looked after our every need and food was delicious! The treehouses are decorated in understated luxury. We loved every minute! We went on a few safaris- little details like ponchos and warm water bottles for cold mornings are the type of touches that make the stay special.

Had an amazing four days at the Treehouse Hideaway. The setting, accomodation, food, service and ambience was wonderful. Staff were so attentive and friendly. Really enjoyed our evening meals out under the stars!! The safaris exceeded our expectations - tigers, sloth bears and wild dogs just to mention a few sightings. Our guide Priyo was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Made each trip exciting and memorable. Would highly recommend a stay here. Charlotte and Chantal

What an amazing place and experience. We stayed here for 4 nights during our stay in Bandhavgarh. The staff (Rakesh and all the guys) were absolutely brilliant and very attentive to all our needs. The food was brilliant. We asked for Indian food rather than European. It was all excellent and not too spicey for us. The breakfasts supplied to take on safari everyday was superb too. What can I say Miss it and miss out ….

We had the most unforgettable and special experience at Treehouse Hideaway by Pugdundee Safaris. The safaris, led by our expert naturalist Priyo were exceptional - not only did we see a Tiger on the first drive but the amount of birds and other creatures he identified just through sound! He was truly unbelievable. Being welcomed back from the safaris with a hot towel, a beverage and warming smiles from the staff was just one of those extra touches Treehouse goes to to make you feel incredible. The eco-friendly accommodation is gorgeous, clean and makes you feel like you are in 5* bedroom. Best sleep of my life!! Being in a treehouse surrounded by nature really cleanses the soul. The food- is out of this world. We’ve been in India for over a week at this point and it’s the best we’ve ever tasted. 3/4 course meals for lunch and dinner. We booked a bush dinner which was lovely and were surprised with a special outside breakfast in the kitchen garden on our last day. The thing that really makes Treehouse special though is the staff. Their hospitality, friendliness and attention to detail is just out of this world. I work in the restaurant business and I have truly never experienced anything like the service they provided. The team at reception (sorry I didn’t take down their names!) were so helpful. And a special mention again to our driver & naturalist Priyo and our main server Rakesh. The experience at the treehouse was amazing. The service was exceptional, we enjoyed the food and the safaris were great. Our guide, Assis, was so great. Tigers proved elusive during our visit but we did have a up close and personal experience with male Tiger. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
