Hotel room is big and comfortable.

Breakfast is not great. For me is a good 3 star hotel.

Untuk twin bed Kasurnya kecil.. saat breakfast susunya bau sabun..

For twin beds, the mattress is small.. at breakfast the milk smells of soap..
Apart from that it's okay

Yg lain oke, sarapannya aja yg kurang enak klo menurut saya sih ya

During my 3-night business trip, I was thoroughly impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of the suite room at BW Luxury Jambi. The accommodations provided the perfect environment for a productive and relaxing stay. Highly recommended for business travelers seeking both luxury and convenience.

Was there for work and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is new, rooms are large and comfortable. Staff at the checkin counter (Luci) was great, pleasant, friendly and helpful. Tried her best to get me the room I wanted.

This one of biggest hotel in jambi. The four star hotel and luxury. The rooms is new, good. Has a sofa, work desk, aminities like as 4 star hotel. The location is good, near supermarket, coffeeshop, bar, food and close to airport.  But the minus of this hotel, the services is not like 4 star hotel. When i stayed here, when i sleep, restourant phone me about order the foods. But i didnt order. And the check out time is 12 am. But the staff phone me at 10 am to ask me check out or not. I think too early to ask my room before time limit.   And the receptionist, flat. Not like this is a 4 star hotel.  So for me, this 4 star but the service less than 4 star.  I hope more better next time.

My husband didn't know he left his watch until the hotel notifed me by whatsapp. They sent it back to my home. Thank you so much! 🙏 Your honest action is very admirable and very appreciated.    I will always come back to this hotel for sure. 😊

I stay in this hotel for business sake, the impression of the hotel is consistent, the water is relatively large and clean, sa breakfast standard like hotel in general. if i come back to jambi i definitely pertimbang to stay in this hotel again.
